Cabana Brasilian Barbecue

CABANA is a relaxed, vibrant and affordable award-winning* Brasilian Barbecue restaurant with seven sites across the UK. The menu takes its cue from the traditional Brasilian churrascarias and local snacks found on most Brasilian street corners, including delicious Pao de Queijo (cheese dough balls), as well as crispy Chicken Coxinhas (croquettes of shredded chicken and spices).

Marinated chicken, beef and pork skewers are grilled fresh to order, such as the best-selling Spicy Malagueta Chicken or the popular Picanha Burger with black beans, matchsticks and chilli mayo. The street food selection includes crispy rice “Bolinhos” and Brasilian Cheesy Dough Balls as well as sides of Sweet Potato Fries, Black Beans and Cassava Chips.

To finish off, Cabana offers some of the best frozen yogurt in London, including peanut butter and dulce de leite flavours, with toppings such as crushed Oreo cookies and Brasilian peanut candy. Chocolate Raindrop Doughnuts (delicious fried dough balls stuffed with Nutella) are also a firm favourite when it comes to dessert.

Cabana’s cocktail menu showcases Brasil’s most famous cocktails, from flavoured Caipirinhas (as well as the UK’s only Frozen Caipirinhas) to blended Batidas, alongside a range of Cabana’s own Brasil-inspired concoctions.

The interior exudes the best of São Paolo with “up-cycled” design features and decorative elements such as denim banquettes, street side-inspired posters, pipe lights, kites and cheeseboard tables, all maintaining CABANA’s lived-in and hand-made feel.
