All of the events listed below have been confirmed as being postponed or cancelled. We continue to liaise with promoters and event organisers as the situation develops and we are expecting more changes to the events calendar. Further updates will be posted in due course and ticket holders and guests of any events that are postponed or cancelled will be contacted directly.

  • Joe Bonamassa (1st May) - cancelled. All customers who purchased via the arena's official ticketing partner, Ticketmaster, will be refunded automatically in due course.
  • Camila Cabello (2nd June) - cancelled. All customers who purchased via the arena's official ticketing partner, Ticketmaster, will be refunded automatically in due course.
  • Leeds Tattoo Expo (4th & 5th July) - cancelled. All customers who purchased via the arena's official ticketing partner, Ticketmaster, will be refunded automatically in due course.

We note the most recent update from the UK Governement and are corresponding with the promoters and organisers of events that are scheduled to take place at the arena before July.  As soon as any details are confirmed we will update this page and ticket purchasers will be contacted by their point of purchase to clarfiy arrangements.

Is my event still going ahead?

The situation is changing regularly.  If your event is not listed above we do not have any updated information to provide.  Discussions with promoters and evnet organisers are still ongoing and it is likely that more events will be postponed or cancelled.  The venue’s website and social media are the best places to check for updates.

 

Will I get a refund if my event is postponed or cancelled?

Advice about refunds will be available from your original point of purchase. The venue's official ticketing partners are Ticketmaster customers are advised to check their information portal for details.

 

Can I contact you by telephone?

Following the Government's recent advice we are unfortunately not able to provide our normal customer service telephone service.  Customers are advised to email [email protected] with any questions.  Please be aware that we are currently receiving an unprecedented volume of messages and it will take longer than normal for us to reply.  We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.
