CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

Coronavirus (COVID-19) updated 26th March - 5.00pm

We note the recent advice from the UK Government in relation to non-essential social contact, and all of the events listed below have been postponed or cancelled. We are currently liaising with promoters and event organisers to reschedule our events calendar. Further updates will be posted in due course and ticket holders and guests of any events that are postponed or cancelled will be contacted directly.

Following yesterday’s advice from the UK Government in relation to non-essential social contact, we are currently liaising with promoters and organisers of the events that are scheduled to take place at our venue in the coming weeks and months.

Further updates will be posted as and when the situation changes and ticket holders and guests of any events that are postponed or cancelled will be contacted directly by your point of purchase.

Is my event still going ahead?

The situation is changing regularly.  If your event is not listed above we do not have any updated information to provide.  Discussions with promoters and evnet organisers are still ongoing and it is likely that more events will be postponed or cancelled.  The venue’s website and social media are the best places to check for updates.

 

Will I get a refund if my event is postponed or cancelled?

Advice about refunds will be available from your original point of purchase. The venue's official ticketing partners are Ticketmaster customers are advised to check their information portal for details.

 

Can I contact you by telephone?

Following the Government's recent advice we are unfortunately not able to provide our normal customer service telephone service.  Customers are advised to email [email protected] with any questions.  Please be aware that we are currently receiving an unprecedented volume of messages and it will take longer than normal for us to reply.  We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.
