*What is the first direct bank arena merch perk?

Eligible first direct customers are entitled to a 20% discount on selected merchandise at the first direct bank arena (the “Discount”). The Discount is subject to these terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”).

Who’s running the Discount?

first direct a division of HSBC UK Bank plc (‘we, us’) is the promoter of the Discount.

Am I eligible for the Discount?

The Discount may only be used by an eligible customer. To be eligible you must:

  • live in the UK

  • be 18+

  • be a current first direct customer, and

  • hold a valid ticket to the show at the first direct arena for which the merchandise is sold.

We may revoke your use of the Discount immediately without notice for any reason (unless otherwise required), including if you:

  • do not comply with the T&Cs, or

  • cease to be an Eligible Customer.

How do I redeem the Discount?

Any Eligible Customer can use the Discount.

To redeem, you must show your physical bank card, your digital wallet, your mobile banking app or a copy of your first direct account statement.

What else do I need to know?

We’re not responsible for any loss or damage you incur by using the Discount unless the loss or damage is caused by our negligence.

You may not use the Discount for commercial purposes, including the commercial re-sale of merchandise.

The Discount may not apply to certain shows and merchandise (and we are free to decide which shows it applies to). You should check at the first direct arena whether the Discount is available at each show before purchasing.

The Discount can only be applied to one (1) transaction per Eligible Customer, per show.

All merchandise is subject to stock levels and availability cannot be guaranteed. The Discount cannot be transferred or used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

The Discount cannot be applied retrospectively to a purchase.

The Discount is only available at the first direct arena, Claypit Lane, Arena Quarter, Leeds, England.

You’re responsible for complying with any terms and conditions issued by the first direct arena. Refunds and exchanges may be prohibited or limited and are subject to the terms and conditions of the first direct arena.

We can change these T&Cs or withdraw the Discount at any time at our discretion.

These T&Cs, their subject matter and formation, are governed by English law. We both agree that we will use the courts of England and Wales for these T&Cs, except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you may also bring claims in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring claims in Scotland.
